Retraso herramienta dedo Photoshop

Al utilizar la herramienta dedo de Photoshop se relentiza el programa y hasta se traba, y es solo con la herramienta dedo, no sé qué hacer. Y no, no es debido a la herramienta suavizar, he desactivado y probando todas las configuraciones de los pinceles de dedo y aún así sigue el problema

There seems to be many issues in PS 2021 version 22. Adobe changed GPU Requirement and GPU support. Many are having performance issues.  I would advise you to keep installing the 22.x updated  when released and also have PS 2020 installed and use PS 2020 version 21.2.6 till Adobe releases a version of 22.x that works well on you machine.
