Retrieve files from deleted account (enterprise account)

hello,I would like assistance, retrieving files from an old suspended account to the current one we have, how can i go abou that?

Hey, @SamCreative254. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I reviewed the email account you're signed in with, and you have three profiles under your email.

One of these profiles has an active subscription & the other profile has about 17 GB of used storage. Do you still have the option to log in to the older profile in your account? If so, use the Lightroom Downloader to download all your original images with edits. Check here: https://adobe.ly/3XKbg6E

If login is not an option, please initiate a support ticket via the subscription/enterprise admin or DM me from my profile.
