Reveal All not working for smart objects

I created a mask on an image then converted it to a smart object. When I opened the smart object I don't have access to any of the pixels outside of the mask, even after selecting Image --> Reveal All.

Any ideas why I lost access to all that information?

Screenshots aren't uploading to this forum (keep on getting an error) but I'll try to add them later.

Looks like "Delete cropped pixels" somehow got selected (even though I never select it). De-selecting it solved the problem. Thanks for your help!

Did you try disabling the mask inside the SO? Works fine here.

And any time you need tech support, always include your OS and Ps version.

Disabling the mask doesn't help because the smart object cropped information out and I can't access it using Image --> Reveal All.

I wish I could include screenshots but Adobe keeps giving me an error when I try to upload them.

OS 12.3

Adobe CC up to date
