RGB-Bild zu Bild mit Spotfarben konvertieren

Ich möchte ein RGB-Bild (8 Bit pro Kanal) in zwei Sonderfarben konvertieren.

Wenn ich den Menüpunkt »in Profil umwandeln« und dann »Erweitert« anklicke werden mir alle Farbmodelle angezeigt nur das benötigte »Mehrkanal« ist in Geistesschrift und nicht auswählbar.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

    -A program would be Photoshop or Illustrator or Premiere Pro or ???
