Rotate on Wacom Touch Ring not working

Has anyone else had this problem. I cannot rotate my canvas using the Touch Ring on my Wacom. Not a Wacom problem as I have the most current driver, and it works with older verisons of PS.

It seemed to happen withthe previous update of PS, and I had hoped the lates update would include a fix, but it is still not working. Is there anything I can do (or have done to make this happen).
