Rotating clone tool gets distorted result

When rotating the clone source the image shows distorted and after applying the clone the resulting image is also distorted. Any problem with this tool?

 

Photoshop - Version 25.4

    SOLVED

     

    It was a problem with the image interpolation, not the one in the transformation tool, but the one in preferences, so:

     

    Edition - Preferences - General - Image interpolation - Bicubic

     

    What I don't know is how it could have been changed, this setting is not in a very accessible place to be changed by mistake and I'm pretty sure I didn't change it voluntarily, as I didn't even know it was there.
