rotating tool preview?

Hi all,

When I am trying to rotate an image/entity, usually there will be a preview of the image and how it looks like rotated but now it just shows the bounding box being rotated with the image remaining stationary?

Is there a setting or way to see how the image looks like rotated before clicking enter?

Hi

What version of Photoshop do you have and how are you trying to rotate the image, can you post a screenshot with all the pertinent panels opened

    Hi,

    im using the 2019 version!

    Apparently when u zoom in closer to the image, when rotating, the image does not rotate together. But when you zoom out to a certain extent, the image complies with the rotation

    If i zoom in further, the bounding box rotates but the image inside doesnt, so I cant "preview" how it is going to look like!
