Rotation - Cursor Distance Problem

There is a significant issue with the latest version of Photoshop which has been impairing my workflow for some time.

You used to be able to rotate an object from any distance in the workspace. Now, if you attempt to rotate at any distance it auto commits.

I would like a way to revert this behavior as holding 'Shift' each time is not efficient.

Actually if you use a PSUserConfig.txt as explained here you can Disable Click To Commit.

Hi

Auto commit for Transform is a new feature introduced in CC 2019 and there is no way to disable it, you can of course post a feature request here

Seems it is the 'click to commit' feature.
