Rulers and grid thickness

I have installed the latest Photoshop release (21.2.0) on a MacBook Pro 15" (2018) with Mac OS Catalina.

I shoot a lot of architecture and have so far adored the grid (cmd+,), which allowed me to see whether vertical and horizontal lines were really correct or no. In this Photoshop release, though, the grid and the rulers thickness is much too wide and I can't find a way to reduce it. Can anybody help me with this issue? Would it be possible to select a thinner ruler and/or grid?
