Rulers inactive with bounding box

Yet another broke thing with the new release. Till latest version I can drag a guide from the rulers when I had selected layer with bounding box (ctrl+T). It was an easy way to drag a guide to layer edges, because with bounding box it was easy to see where exactly are those edges of this specified layer. Now, when layer with ctrl+t is selected it is impossible to drag a guide from rulers in the document...
