Save as, and it shutdown.

I have this problem recently. My photoshop 2015 continues to shutdown whenever I try to save as a edited photo. It repeats even I restart the photoshop. There are a page of error message and I could not tell what's wrong.

 

Any one could help please. I am using iMac.

Hi, sorry about that

Try to reset the preferences, here the instructions

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

 

2nd option: Go to the creative cloud app and click on the 3 dots next to Photoshop app to see more options and select other versions
