"Save as" Error

Hi everyone! I just wanna to ask that, when i want to save as any image file in photoshop there appear 2 type errors:

1) Could not complete the Save As command because there is not enough memory (RAM).

2) Could not import the clipboard because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered.

Please, if anyone knows how to solve the error, help me to fix it !

What are your system specs, can you post Photoshop system info, go to Help > System info and copy and paste it in this thread

Just noticed in your system info that you have a perpetual license for Photoshop

License Type: Perpetual

Serial number: 91198705765928383804

Problem is there is no perpetual license for Photoshop, it's on a Subscription only

So it looks like you are using a non genuine version of Photoshop

If you have a valid subscription I would recommend that you use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove PS and reinstall using the Creative Cloud app
