"Save as" Error

I'm trying to save an image, however in whatever format I try, from the "File not found" error, but of course the file was not found if I'm saving it now. This is discouraging me because it started happening yesterday and I need help. I use photoshop DC 2019. When I reinstalled photoshop the error had stopped, but it happened again quickly.
