Could someone let me know what this prompt is?

COULD NOT EXPORT THE CLIPBOARD AS IT IS TOO BIG TO EXPORT

It appears as I Save As

It has been appearing for a while now

Is there something I need to ?

    Disable and Enable Export Clipboard may help you.
