Save for web - doesnt work

Hi there!

I've done the upgrade to my mac book pro (old one) to Mac OS Big Sur version 11.6.7 

from that moment I got problems with the "save for web"

 

as you can see the screen is fully black

and doesnt allow me to save

 

I need this cause I work a lot with e-com platforms and we need to create different contents from an image, so I use to cut it in different sections for save them later on with "save for web"

 

can someone help me with this'

This seems to be a recurring problem for some folks.

I've downloaded the newst version of photoshop and yes probkem was fixed!
