Save for Web Error

Hi,

Suddenly, me and all of my colleagues at work are unable to use the fuction Save for Web in PS on our PC.

My error message is in French but basically it says :
Unable to find specific access path

Is there a Windows update in conflict?? Thanks for your suggestions

Thanks a lot for the hint! I can't change the security settings myself but IT/cybersecurity team at work is looking into it.
