Save location of brush folders Photoshop on macOS Catalina

Hi! My Photoshop CC2019 just crashed. When I reopened it, almost all my brush folders had disappeared. Now, I still have the brushes in the Presets > Brushes folder (I'm on a Mac with Catalina), but sorting them all into folders and selecting the ones I really like took many hours and I would hate to have to do it again. And my last backup of the folder structure is too long ago.
So where would Photoshop have saved my folders the last time I closed it correctly? The file should still be in my time machine, but what is it called and where would I find it? I read something about a brushes.psp, but can't find that on my computer.

Can anyone help?

Thx!

Anya

Hi Anya,

You may find the Brushes preferences file Brushes.psp in this location on macOS: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/
Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings/
