Suppose we say in a search I have found a solution for my issue. Is there any way to save that page in any format for future reference?

I don't know if this works in Windows, but on my Mac I just drag the web page icon to a folder on the desktop, and it becomes a URL shortcut file that takes up very little space. If I double-click it, it goes to that page. I now prefer this to bookmarks because I can organize URL shortcuts in desktop folders mixed with other files on that subject, and not clutter the browser.

Another thing I do is simply copy and paste the URL path into a text file. That can take even less storage space.

Sometimes, I do print directly from the web browser to PDF. I do this when I want to save exactly what the web page says, in case it changes, the page is removed, or the website is edited or disappears (link rot).

You can bookmark it in your browser.

Problem is I have already many bookmarks, not only that if files can be saved in windows explorer there is a zoom-in option for files. As the number of files increases this option is very useful.

You didn't say if you have folders for your bookmarks, but that is one way to keep things organized. Here is the help page for Chrome:

I use Firefox and it's pretty much the same.
