Saving as Jpeg

I REALLY DON'T like the way I need to work to save as jpeg. This slows down my workflow by SOOO much AND makes my files mroe difficult to organize.

PLEASE go back to the old way!

Is Save a Copy (cmd-alt-S) really so much harder to invoke than Save As (cmd-shift-S)?

Have you done a search on the issue on this Forum or the web in general?

Because for a couple of dot-releases Photoshop has been featuring the option

Photoshop > Preferences > File Handling > Enable legacy »Save As«
