Saving Batch as PNG

I have 300 PNG images that I have created an action for as a Black and white alpha channel. I want to save them as PNG's into a separate folder but Adobe Photoshop will only let me save them as a PSD or Tiff.How can I get around this? Cheers

    That does not sound correct. I would think it is more likely a problem within your action.   Actions also have limited options for saving files.  You would be much better off creating simpler actions to create the image you want and batch that action using as script like the downloadable Plug-in script Image Processor Pro.  It can size and save all the image file type you need after playing your action to create the images you want to create. It can play your action before or after it resizes your document.
