Saving multiple layers as separate images

Hello,

So I've got a bunch of separate images for a game U.I, each image is in one file and separated by transparency. Each layer is individual but different sizes.

Is there a way to save each layer as a separate image without manually disabling all other layers, resize the canvas and save as png?
