Hello Adobe,

I need help. I my Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 hangs at 80% when saving. I have been using the software with my new Mac Book Pro 2019. What's the workaround when this happens? Thank you very much for your answers.

Jose

Can you duplicate larger image files in the Finder without issue? Have you tried running Disk First Aid?

Lastly, you can try deleting Photoshop preferences.

Try trashing your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings.

(Mac OS only) Open the Preferences folder in the Library folder, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.
