I get a message that my scratch disc is full. I cant start photoshop. I have previously been able to use photoshop on this computer. Any ideas how to solve this? (I'm using a Mac).

Move some files off your scratch disk onto other drives or externals.

I would clear out at least double that space. The issue is Photoshop utilizes disk space (scratch disk) when working so it will drop down temporarily while working as well.

6 GB remaining is extremely low and can also lead to Mac OS failures due to a full HD.

I run my Mac with at least 50 GB free.

    Hey Kevin,

I have the exact same problem with my Photoshop, it won't work because it says my scratch disk is full. Problem is, I have 54GB free space. I have a MacBook Air.

Do you think something is wrong with my laptop or Photoshop?

How much room do you have on your hard drive?

You can change your settings under Preferences/Scratch Disks.
