Scratch Disc was full. Now files won't open completely in PS.

hello there!

my scratch disc on my MBP recently said it was close to full.

I went through the trouble shooting steps to open up some space - all of my files are on an external.

But now when i try to open up files in Photoshop they look like this.

I can scroll through the entire image but can only see a small portion of it.

The files open just fine in Lightroom.

I must have clicked something - I uninstalled PS and resinstalled it and the problem persists!!

I am on deadline and have NO IDEA what to do!!!!
