I cannot get onto my Photo Shop, I kept getting an error Scratch Disk full. I emptied my Temp folder, but still can't get on. I then deleted Photo Shop and reinstalled it,but I'm getting the same error. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Its recommended to use a drive separate from the actual HD you are running the software on. An external drive could be used as scratch disk. Be sure to change your Photoshop Preference/Scratch Disk and restart PS to enact the changes.

How much free disk space do you have on your system? How many GB? For Photoshop to operate efficiently, you need anywhere between, say, 50GB and 500GB - depending on the size of your files and how many you have open.

Pixel-based image editing requires huge amounts of memory, much more than any RAM you may have installed. So temporary working data are written to disk. That's the scratch disk.
