SCRATCH DISKS FULL PHOTOSHOP 2020

I have had this problem for the longest time ever and never found a solution. Everytime i search the internet all i see is "clear up space" or "change hard drives." I've been clearing up the smallest things just to get photoshop to work. I have a macbook pro and i have no other external hard drive. my scratch disks say its has 5gb of free space. I cannot uncheck the box that says "active?" And now i cant save my work i was doing becuase the scratch disks were full. How do i clear the scratch disks without using other hard drives or clearing space on my macbook?

The advice you’ve found is good. But you haven’t done enough. 5 GB is not enough for your system to run properly, still less run demanding apps. You’re saying “how can I get a lot of free space without making any free space...”

I moved your post from the Get Started forum to the Program Specific forum, PS.

If this is in Error please state the exact Adobe program you are asking about.
