Screen glitch when opening photos

When I open a photo in photoshop 2020, the screen glitches. I've posted a photo below. I had this issue when I first purchased the program and it stopped for a period of time; in fact, I literally was using the program perfectly fine this morning.

I need this fixed as I have assignments due tomorrow.

It looks like a GPU issue.

Try going to Preferences >Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Then restart Photoshop. If that resolves it then check the GPU manufacturer for a driver update.
