Screen slips while using hand tool

Good afternoon!
When using Photoshop, namely the hand tool (with the "Spacebar"), my screen slides. It really annoys me, it's not convenient to work.
In Illustrator and InDesign, everything works well. So tell me, maybe there is a setting that disables this slip?
