Screen (view) jumps out of place when toggle open documents

When using ctrl+tab to toggle between open PS documents (in ”full screen mode” with the ”F” key), my screen view ”jump’s” out of place on the monitor, the image including artboard moves up and stay there when toggling between documents, only image/artboard, not the tools etc.

A bit difficult to explain but if someone knows what could be happening, thank you.
