script not working on Windows 11 Home, PSCC v25.1

I have been running this script on my Mac PSCC  and it previously worked in this PC on an earlier version of PSCC (which version im not sure, because I had updated it about 2x previous times) I had placed the script as instructed in the PSD Script folder (which is where it is on the Mac as well), set the script parameters as previsously worked. When I run the script the curser just spins and blinks on and off. Must close PSD to stop script and restart  PS to reset program. Here is a link to the scripts and samle files to run script:
