Script to read and write from Excel?

Hello everyone,

The title explains exactly what I'm trying to do.

I want to be able to read and write from Excel using a Javascript (jsx) that I've opened in Photoshop.

I want the script to do things in both Photoshop and Excel, that's why i'm not using VBA for Excel alone or jsx for Photoshop alone.
