Scripting/Automating

I'm not sure if the thing I'm trying to achieve is possible, but I hope someone could enlighten me.

So I have a bunch of 1920x1080 pngs with one silhouette somewhere in the photo, and I want to automate an outer glow like I have in this two pictures below.

My problem it's not only the glow part, but the name of the file when it will be saved to be something like "pic_x_y.png"

In the case below it will be something like pic_800_427.

Do you think it's possible? If yes could you point me on the right path?

Thank you

(this is the png I start with, except for the red lines)

(this is what I want to achieve)

    Correct answer c.pfaffenbichler

    There is a Scripting Forum.

    Photoshop Scripting

But you may want to provide the actual information about the procedure besides the screenshots.
