Scrubby zoom holding left click

When I use scrubby zoom and I want to stop it is still enabled as like I would hold the left button after unclicking it. The same after lifting my pen away from graphic tablet. I have to click again to stop using it. Can you at least once make this scrubby zoom work properly?

I'm running into the same problem.

Flick Panning was already disabled and I still have the same problem. I also disabled Gestures but that didn't help either.

It seems like a bug to me. I narrowed it down to version 24.2 when the problem first appeared. Every subsequent version of Photoshop has had this issue for me, using both my Huion tablet as well as my mouse.

I've been stuck on version 24.1.1 because it's a workflow killer for me.
