SDK Capabilities

Hi All

Firstly, I am not much of a coder and would be looking to pay someone to create this project for me if it is even possible so please excuse any n00b like behavior

I have an idea for a plugin and to make it really work well I would like to see it have some sort of Internet integration as well as being able to perform tasks on the underlying operating system.

Is this possible from the SDK or does it run in some sort of sandbox?

Plug-ins for Photoshop come in many flavors. Most of them are written in C or C++. If you have a library

or code in C or C++ you could make what you want work.
