Seleccion de sujeto no funciona, dice que no carga

hola, necesito ayuda. No puedo hacer seleccion de sujeto, con ninguna de las herramientas de seleccion, me sale un mensaje que dice ´´NO SE HA PODIDO CUMPLIR, SELECT SUBJECT CLASSIFIER, MODEL NOT LOADED CORRECTLY´´. He desinstalado photoshop y he vuelto a instalar , me sigue dando error. Hay alguna solución? gracias
