Select and Mask options/dialogue window not appearing

In my version of Photoshop 20.0.0 the 'Select and Mask' options/dialogue window is not appearing when I enter Select and Mask. I always has been OK but this morning decided not to appear. Why?

Do you mean Photoshop Elements? I have installed 22.0.1 version of Photoshop on my computer. What is method you are trying to update Photoshop?

Try resetting Photoshop tool and your Photoshop Preferences. Also 20.0.0 can be updated to 20.0.10

Thanks you for your reply JJMack. I actually have 22.0.0 - my mistake.

I've looked for the 22.0.1 upgrade but it appears to be only for Elements.

Also, how do I reset Photoshop tool and Preferences? I've tried to find where todo this in preferences.

I've had this problem once before and I forget how I fixed it.
