Select and Mask toolbar no longer appearing...

Hello there,

I recently got the 2022 version of Photoshop, and now for some reason when I go into select and mask the main toolbar for resizing your brush, selecting subject, refine hair, etc. is not showing up anymore. I've already tried reseting to default settings, what else should I do. Please help.
