Select out of gamut not showing

As far as I can remember one could select "out of gamut" in the Select -> Color Range dialog. This option is gone for me in Photoshop 23.2.0 on a Mac. I have select "Proof Colors" and "Gamut Warning". Please see the attached screenshots.

Hi, select Out of Gamut is there for me on an 8 bit RGB image in Photoshop 22.5.2

Maybe the missing feature is connected with your document's characteristics, as Jeffrey suggested. It doesn’t work with CMYK for example

Try this test image  perhaps, it works for me:

I hope this helps

Need a lot more information. A screenshot of the entire interface (document window, layers panel, etc) would be helpful.

Those options get disabled in certain color modes, etc.

Is your document 8-bit/16-bit RGB? What kind of layer is selected?
