Select Subject Messed Up in PS 24

Out of the box V24 is messed up like this as well... I actually just reverted back to this version (22.5) which seems to be working now. Look at the comparison below... I used the same "Select Subject" option and v24 struggles to get anywhere close to making the right selection...

I tried replicating it in both versions and it worked in both version for me

You replied to a question about the Quick Selection tool while you are asking about Select Subject. They are not the same thing. I have branched your post to a new thread for you and edited the subject for clarity.
