Send to Lightroom button not available.

On a recent presentation by Terry White, he imported an image from Lightroom into Photoshop.  When he had finished, a blue button appeared on the top left of the screen [Send to Lightroom].  I have the latest version of PS (v5.4), LR (v9.1 and iPad Pro (v17.12) but the button doesn't appear.

Am I missing something?
