Sequential file name action

Hello Ps peeps,

I have a base file that I'm working on , that is going to end up being almost 200 different png files. My process so far is:

~Add text

~Open "Save As"

~Open folder where the new file will live

~Set to save as PNG

~Enter file name (LAB01, LAB02, etc...)

~Hit save.
Repeat 200 times... ugh.

I tried using an Action to automate all the save steps, which *did* save the png... but with the same file name as the file I used to record the action. Is there any way to tell it to do that, but increase the number in the fle name by one?
I found this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop/script-to-save-file-with-random-or-sequential-filename-to-be-placed-in-action-variation/m-p/9268699 but I am *not* very script savvy at all, so I wouldn't even begin to know how to make needed changes.

If the action does what you need, then run the action using Image Processor Pro using a sequentially numbered filename option:

Oh wow, thats the hard way. Select the background layer, ctrl-j or cmd-j (depending on windows or mac) add the text on top of each layer.
Now you can export all layers to files.
Another way is to use the timeline and add text along the timeline. You can then export movie as a sequence. In this case the text would last one frame with no banks between text. On otherwords once the text is done being visible the next one is visible. With no fading. Since  this saves as a sequence you are done. In the former case, it maybe required to rename the files.
If it was me, I would take the timeline route. Much easier and less mess.
