Cannot activate CS6 when moving the software to a new computer. Yes, I have checked the Serial number with the original number.

If you did not first deactivate your old activations you will need Adobe Customer Service Help you activate your new installation.

Did you Deactivate Photoshop on the old computer?

No, I'm using the original CD software. And the serial number is written on the software box.
