Serial number error

Hi, We are ADOP in South Korea.

On May 30, 2014, I purchased Photoshop CS6 from Yongsan Computer center.

At that time, we used the program without any problem, but after two years, it is not installed with a message “The Serial number is invalid”. 

So, we contacted Adobe Korea, and checked that its serial number was for a product of Canada, not for Korean product, they said it is owned by a specific company in Canada.

We definitely purchased the right product on May 30,2014, and we still have a receipt for it.

We first checked computer center in Yongsan we purchased the product, but they said it is not their business anymore, cause there was no problem in purchasing at that time, and Adobe said in a similay way that it is not their responsibility anymore.

So, these below are our questions for Adobe forum.

1. Is this serial number for Canada product for sure?
   ( 1045-0818-4561-3216-8523-0281 )
   
   
2. If this product is from Canada, can you tell who is the first distributor?
   
   
3. Can we get the record whom the first distributor provided the product to ? (reseller or store)
   
   
4. Is there anyway for us to know how this product is imported to Korea?
   
   
5. If this issue is revealed as a responsibility of computer center in Yongsan, we are going to take legal actions against the company. can you give us some materials for explanation in this problem ?
   
   

If you give us answers for those questions, we think we can deal with this problem appropriately.
