Serial Number Expired????

When I open up photoshop cs2, a message pops up that says: "Your Adobe Photoshop serial number has expired. The application cannot continue and must now exit." I have tried deleting the files and choosing the "Renistall" option on the DVD.

How do I fix this?
Help would be appreciated. Thanks
