Hey guys,

I have a macbook pro that suffered a sever crash and had to replace everything from the os to all apps...

Ok, so I reinstalled the OS, no problems, most apps, no problems but when I got to reinstalling Photoshop CS6 from the cd that I purchashed and registered with adobe. I get error message stating no internet connection.  Even tho there is a connection.  OK?  The serial number is valid and it is in fact registered at adobe . com.  I can not even use this now because of some damned glitch.  How do I get it to work? all I need do is to have the serial number validated..

thanks in advance,

Michael

If you are installing on an older Mac OS you can try these steps:

There is no way to install CS6 on Catalina and later.

While the application itself is 64 bit, some components are 32 bit including the installer. 32 bit software will not run on MacOS Catalina and later.
