Serial Number Lost

Question

Hi All

I have CS6 on my 4yo Mac which had a video card failure. I had an image of that machine put onto my new machine but after starting up CS6 it is looking for a serial number.

I purchased it some 5 or more years ago and no longer have the serial number.

Any idea's who I can contact?

HiI dont need the installer, just the serial number.I still have the original installed version on my hard drive but becausethat has been added to a new mac via an image of my old hard drive, Adobethinks its a new install and is asking for a serial number.Cheers for replying &#128578;In that case contact Customer Care. We can't do anything as far as serial numbers and activation goes.

If you bought a downloadable copy from Adobe then go to your account and then plans and then order history. By clicking on your order then you should get a link to your download and serial number.

If you purchased disks , or purchased elsewhere, then Adobe no longer give support for CS6 and are unlikely to provide numbers.
