There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs

I have Adobe Photoshop 2021 and Creative Cloud.....I've read a few things and tried a few things but I cannot get the photos side by side to save as one image.

A couple of ways- Sure to be more!!

1) Open both images in Ps, enlarge the 'Canvas Size' of one photo, Drag the other photo onto the larger canvas.

2) Start with a new blank document, go-

Menu: File > Place Embedded, select first image, Transform to size & position.

Menu: File > Place Embedded, select second image, Transform to size & position.
