Settings to open files in the center of the workspace?

Photoshop CC 24.7.0.

Mac OS Ventura 13.6.6. (and can't upgrade to Sonoma)

Is there any way to make Photoshop open new files in the center of my workspace? (Note that I don't want to dock my windows, I always need to move them around.)
