Shake reduction

The shake reduction tool in photoshop takes a very, very long time. I am running Windows 10 with Intel Core5 and 12 gigs of ram. Please tell me if you know a fix!

Although I hjave never used that tool I suspect the reason it is taking so long is you have a slower CPU and not enough RAM.

Hi

 

I have the same issue - i have an i7 9700 CPU and 24gb of RAM.  Takes an age to complete the process once started.  Have gone back to the oldest version of PS CC available from Creative Cloud to see if it was an issue in the later releases - get same issue.

Hi I have a AMD 3900x 12 core 24 thread with 64GB RAM pc4000 and a 2080Ti GPU

 

Its way slower than it used to be. I used to use it all the time its currently unusable. Maxes all 12 cores for some reason.

Definately a bug used to take 1 - 2 seconds on a 1080x1920 image now just grinds to a halt.
