Shape Dynamics - Brush Changes??

Somehow I can't get my Brushes to taper at the end or start with smaller stroke toward the wider stroke with shape dynamics, everything is now blocky and wide with no variation of stroke width using pen pressure, is the new shape dynamics supposed to be this way? or Am I missing something on the new CC v 20?

I appreciate any answers, I have tried to uninstall the latest version and get back to the older version, the older version seems fine, but when I get back to v 20 the shape dynamic doesn't work again

it does affect it, but it is just not doing any tapering anymore at the end or the beginning of the stroke. that is why I am asking if this is a new change or a bug. It is annoying

Same issue here. Since updating, pen pressure no longer affects shape dynamics on my saved brushes, even though it is set to do so. Seems like it's not detecting pressure anymore?
